Return Policy Only items with an approved Returns Authorization number will be accepted. Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of the RMA# issue date. RMA's are for exchange or repair of the same product at Wet Sounds discretion. All product must be properly packed to ensure safe shipping. Any items returned that have been damaged in shipping will void the warranty. Items that are deemed abused may require replacement parts. We will provide you the cost of replacement parts prior to repairing the item. Items that are out of the warranty period may require replacement parts. We will provide you the cost of replacement parts prior to repairing the item. Do not write on any Wet Sounds Packaging materials or on the box carton. Please include a copy of the Return Authorization with the item being sent in for repair. Please read the Warranty section of your owner’s manual to fully understand your warranty coverage. All manuals are available online on our website. Note: Products purchased from unauthorized dealers are not covered under warranty. Ask your dealer for details on warranty limitations.
