When you complete your payment, you will receive an email advising you that we are processing your order. We will contact you by email or phone in the event that we need further information from you, or if there is a problem with your order. You will be charged when your order is shipped.

What is your Return & Warranty Policy?

 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the product you purchased from Wet Sounds is damaged in shipping, fails before the end of the two-year warranty period, or you simply want to return it, email [email protected] to get a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). We cannot accept returned items without an RMA.

  • 30-Day Return Policy – Even opened items are eligible (product should be complete with all packaging and manuals intact to avoid a restocking fee).
  • Special-order or custom items may be non-cancelable, non-returnable, or subject to a restocking fee (handled case-by-case).
  • Damaged in Shipping or Dead on Arrival (DOA) – Notify us immediately at [email protected].
  • Warranty – Most products include a full 2-year manufacturer warranty (90 days on refurbished items). Provide your info, proof of purchase, serial number (if available), and issue description to start the process.
