The Wet Sounds Venue Series® VS-8 PRO 8" HLCD Outdoor Speaker delivers Wet Sounds’ signature Horn Loaded Compression Driver (HLCD) technology in a high-output format designed for large outdoor and commercial environments. Engineered for clarity, projection, and wide-area coverage, the VS-8 PRO is built to fill open-air spaces with powerful, consistent sound while maintaining vocal definition and musical detail at distance.
The speaker pairs HLCD high-frequency performance with a rugged reinforced composite mid-bass driver to deliver a balanced, full-range output capable of handling demanding outdoor applications. This combination provides efficient coverage with fewer speaker locations while maintaining strong overall system impact.
The VS-8 PRO supports flexible system integration with 4Ω operation for premium audio systems and selectable 70V tap settings (40W, 80W, 120W, and 160W) for commercial distributed audio installations. This makes it suitable for both high-end residential outdoor systems and larger hospitality or venue deployments.
Built for harsh environments, the fully weatherproof enclosure incorporates Wet Sounds’ REACTION™ technology with opposing dual aluminum passive radiators. This design enhances low-frequency response, delivering deeper and more controlled bass performance in open-air conditions where traditional enclosures typically struggle.

What This Warranty Covers
This is a “limited” warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is valid only if the original purchase was made from an authorized Wet Sounds dealer.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty lasts for 2 years from the date of purchase. It is recommended to document your product serial number and retain your receipt. These documents are required to verify your warranty coverage and expiration.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover fading or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, household bleach, or any cleaning materials that contain abrasive substances. Wet Sounds, Inc. does not cover expenses for removal or reinstallation. Additionally, shipping to Wet Sounds, Inc. must be paid by the purchaser.
This warranty is void and inapplicable if Wet Sounds determines that the product has been abused or misused, including but not limited to damage caused by accident, mishandling, improper installation, removal of the inline fuse on the power connection, negligence, normal wear and tear, excessive water or heat damage, freight or shipping damage, or products that have been disassembled by anyone other than Wet Sounds technical staff.
Wet Sounds will not be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages, except to the extent provided or prohibited by applicable law. This warranty gives you specific rights, and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state.
What Wet Sounds, Inc. Will Do
Wet Sounds, Inc. will repair any part of your product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. If repair is not possible, Wet Sounds will replace the product. If deemed necessary, Wet Sounds, Inc. will replace the entire product with a refurbished unit, or with a model of similar value if the original model is no longer available.
Labor costs and materials required to complete this service will be provided at no charge to the purchaser. Additionally, return shipping from Wet Sounds, Inc. to the purchaser will be paid by Wet Sounds.
